Star Reports Allegient to Receive Tax Credits for Investment in Carmel

From the Indianapolis Star:

A consulting firm specializing information technology and business solutions plans to expand an existing Carmel facility, creating "up to 36 new jobs by 2017," according to a release from the Indiana Economic Development Corp.

Allegient LLC will invest $225,000 to add 4,000 square feet to its current 12,000 square-foot facility at 201 W. 103rd St., the release states. The expansion is expected to be completed this spring.

The Indiana Economic Development Corporation has offered Allegient up to $860,000 in conditional tax credits based on the company's job creation plans, the release states.
