White River Valley Schools (Greene County) Referendum Passes

From the Greene County Daily World:

With all relevant precincts reporting, the White River Valley referendum has passed.
A total of 1,540 voters in the eight precincts voted bringing the final count to 828 in favor of the referendum and 712 opposed.

The ballot asked voters, "For the seven calendar years immediately following the holding of he referendum, shall the school corporation impose a property tax rate that does not exceed $.41 on each one $100 of assessed valuation and that is in addition to all other property tax levies imposed by the school corporation."
