SUBJECT: Update to 50 IAC 26 Code List 37 – Adjustment Codes

The purpose of this memorandum is to inform county auditors and vendors about an update to Code List 37 – Adjustment Codes, as defined by 50 IAC 26.
Under 50 IAC 26-20-3, the Department of Local Government Finance (“DLGF”) and Legislative Services Agency (“LSA”) jointly manage code lists for required data submissions. Effective February 18, 2014, “Code 68 – Seminary Fund Credit (Vanderburgh County Only)” is added to Code List 37. The revised Code List 37 is listed below. This code change should be used beginning with pay 2014.
