After not having a standard process for evaluating an enterprise zone investment tax deduction for a hotel in the spring, the Bloomington City Council president is offering some guidelines.
An ordinance outlining a procedure for considering these applications, sponsored by Darryl Neher, is the only item on the council's agenda for its last meeting of the year at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday in City Hall.
