Journal & Courier Reports TKO Graphix Seeks Abatement for Expansion in Lafayette

From the Lafayette Journal & Courier:

TKO Graphix’s plan to expand its operations from Indianapolis to a Lafayette site received approval Monday from Tippecanoe County commissioners.

TKO Graphix requested a five-year abatement on real property, and the commissioners, while not having the final say, approved the abatement, moving the request along to next week’s County Council meeting. The council must approve the abatement request for it to become final, said Frank Cedarquest, assistant to the commissioners.

Tom Taulman II, president of TKO Graphix, explained that the company plans to build a 12,000-square-foot building on 48 acres on U.S. 52 and County Road 450 South. The estimated investment is just under $2 million, Taulman told the commissioners.
