RV components manufacturer Drew Industries Inc. will add up to 800 new jobs in Elkhart County when the company’s headquarters relocates to Elkhart County.
The company plans to invest $12.75 million to renovate and equip four manufacturing facilities in Elkhart and Goshen and add the new jobs by 2017, according to a news release.
Part of the renovation project includes the installation of new manufacturing and production lines expected to open by the end of 2013.
The Indiana Economic Development Corporation offered Drew Industries Inc. up to $4,300,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $200,000 in training grants based on the company’s job creation plans.
