From the Lebanon Reporter:
A tax abatement for a new Purity Wholesale Grocers project was unanimously approved by the Lebanon City Council Monday after a public hearing for the project was held at the Lebanon Municipal Building.
Three people spoke at the hearing — Boone County Economic Development Corp. Executive Director Bryan Brackemyre, Planning Director Charlie Campbell, and Lebanon resident Aaron Smith. Brackemyre and Campbell spoke in favor of the project; Smith spoke against it.
Brackemyre said he has spoken to several people about Purity, and the more he spoke about it, the more he realized how lucky Lebanon is to have a company like Purity.
