The Common Council voted Monday to approve a three-year real property tax abatement for Harrington Orthodontics and a five-year personal property tax abatement for General Sheet Metal Works Inc.
Harrington is building a new office and lab at 3340 Douglas Road, total investment
$600,000, and General Sheet Metal is buying new equipment for its plant on South Michigan Street, total investment $1.7 million.
