The Lebanon Common “City” Council unanimously voted to approve a tax phase-in to Purity Wholesale Grocers, to expand their current facility in the in the Lebanon Business Park.
Lebanon City Council President, Michael Kincaid, made the motion to approve a 10-year property tax phase-in for Purity Wholesale Grocers. Purity plans to add over 150,000 square feet to its current 560,000 square feet. Purity’s total new investment is estimated at $3.6 million.
