Tuesday's announcement marks NISCO's second expansion in less than a year. In June, the company announced plans to invest $5.5 million to add equipment to its Topeka facility, creating up to 15 new jobs.
The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered the company up to $160,000 in training grants based on its job creation plans.
The incentives are performance-based, meaning the company is not eligible to claim incentives until Hoosiers are hired. The town of Topeka approved additional tax abatement at the request of the LaGrange County Economic Development Corp.
