A Fort Wayne creative design firm will move to a new location in the Silverado Industrial Park near Roanoke, creating up to 27 new jobs by 2016, according to the Indiana Economic Development Corp.
BMD Agency LLC will invest $4.1 million to build and equip a 20,000-square-foot facility in the Silverado park, a state-certified, shovel-ready site in Allen County. BMD Agency plans to move from its current Fort Wayne site to the new facility by the end of the year.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. offered BMD up to $260,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $30,000 in training grants based on the company's job-creation plans. The city of Fort Wayne approved additional property tax abatement at the request of the Fort Wayne-Allen County Economic Development Alliance.
