May 2013 — that’s the last month Monroe County officials received a treasurer’s report showing the balanced county accounts.
Since then, according to the treasurer, a restructuring of the treasurer’s office has delayed the reports that the office produces every month, as well as the daily balancing of the county’s accounts.
