Journal and Courier Reports Lafayette Redevelopment Commission Votes to Grant Tax Abatement to Worwag Coatings

From the Lafayette Journal and Courier:

The commission on Thursday unanimously voted to designate the plant at 555 Sagamore Parkway S. as an economic revitalization area.

The commission also authorized a seven year phase-in of property taxes on the company’s addition of $2 million in new equipment. The city council will consider the requests next.
