The Delaware County Election Board on Friday certified the results of the Nov. 5 referendum, in which Center Township voters rejected a requested property-tax increase from Muncie Community Schools.
The board also finalized the cost of the election — $38,096.29, according to Delaware County Clerk Steve Craycraft — and forwarded a bill for that amount to MCS.
