Tribune Reports Mishawaka Referendum will Increase Taxes by $100 for Every $100,000 in Assessed Value

From the South Bend Tribune:


Voters who live in the boundaries of School City of Mishawaka will go to the polls Tuesday to say “yes” or “no” to a $28 million school referendum.

If it passes, homeowners will see taxes go up by about $100 for every $100,000 in assessed value.
They’ll also see facilities improvements across the district, along with technology upgrades.
