"Two affiliated cosmetics manufacturers will add 144 jobs by renovating their factory and offices on the Eastside.
Mansfield-King LLC and William Roam LLC plan to buy new equipment and renovate their 180,000-square-foot facility near 6455 E. Washington St. The $3 million project will create 144 jobs by 2016, said the companies, which employ 45 people at the site.
The Department of Metropolitan Development will vote next week on giving a 10-year property tax abatement on the expansion. The abatement would save the companies $152,579."
