The Bloomington City Council unanimously approved the city’s $35.6 million operating budget

. The city is owed $377,930 after an error two years ago in the county auditor’s report wrongly included IU Health Bloomington and churches in the certified net assessed value figures. Last year, the city requested the money but then incorrectly advertised the notice to taxpayers, so the funds were never made available....
