The Monroe County Redevelopment Commission will review the annual reports for the county’s three tax increment financing, or TIF, districts at its 7 p.m. meeting Wednesday in the legal conference room at the Monroe County Courthouse.
A presentation will be made by Gregory T. Guerrettaz of Financial Solutions Group.
Monroe County has three TIF districts: the Westside TIF, located west of Ind. 37 and north of Ind. 48; the State Road 46 TIF, northwest of the intersection of Ind. 37 and 46; and the Fullerton Pike TIF, located at the intersection of Ind. 37 and Fullerton Pike.
