Ryobi Die Casting withdrew a $20.7 million tax abatement request presented to the city for several new items of equipment to "support additional production for a growing customer base," according to the abatement documentation.
Ryobi plans to reapply for the abatement with some adjustments, however.
"Ryobi is going to add another $5 million in equipment," DeBaun said.
