The St. Joseph County Assessor's Office has concluded the 2012 general reassessment of all properties in the county and will soon begin mailing a Form 11-Notice of Assessment of Land and Structures to each and every property owner.
A Form 11 serves as notice of the assessed value of a piece of property for the 2012-pay-2013 tax year. Property owners have 45 days from the mailing of the form to appeal that value with the Assessor's Office.
Property owners may obtain a copy of their Property Record Card online at http://in-stjoseph-assessor.governmax.com/propertymax/rover30.asp.
