From the Evansville Courier & Press:

Jasper Engines and Transmissions plans to expand its Jasper, Ind., headquarters and create up to 40 new jobs by 2016.

The Indiana Economic Development Corp. announced the news Thursday.

Based on Jasper Engine and Transmission's job-creation plans, state economic development officials offered the company up to $150,000 in conditional tax credits and up to $100,000 in training grants.

These incentives are conditional, meaning the company can claim them only after Hoosiers are hired for the new jobs.
