Jeffersonville News and Tribune:
The town of Clarksville has filed a second lien on the
old Colgate-Palmolive Co. plant property, related to non-payment of stormwater
fees.
Boston Development Group, the company that owns the property, disputes the town’s claim that any money is owed.
According to the Clark County Auditor’s Office, two liens — totaling $13,220 — have been filed against the company. The most recent lien was just put on the books March 21.
