Van's Electrical Systems plans to rehab a vacant, stripped Westside warehouse to expand its auto parts warehouse. The Indianapolis company will spend $427,000 to fix up the warehouse at 1850 Oliver Ave.
The Metropolitan Development Commission will vote next week on granting a property tax abatement for the project, which Van's estimates will create five jobs by 2015.
