Subj: Local option income tax informational reports for CY 2014
IC 6-3.5-1.1-9 (County Adjusted Gross Income Tax), IC 6-3.5-6-17 (County Option Income Tax), and IC 6-3.5-7-11 (County Economic Development Income Tax) require the State Budget Agency to provide county councils with reports summarizing the calculations used in determining certified distributions of local option income taxes. The reports for the CY 2014 certified distributions may be accessed using the link below. The reports are being provided to you for submission to your county councils.
