Shepherd Chevrolet-Buick GMC Approved for Tax Abatement for Expansion in Kendallville

From the Fort Wayne Journal-Gazette:

A Kendallville auto dealership is investing $1.3 million as it demolishes an adjacent property to expand its operations.

Shepherd Chevrolet-Buick GMC will expand its 550 W. North St. location by razing the former Courier-Uniform Printing building that spans 72,000 square feet. In May, the City Council approved a seven-year abatement that will save the company $147,881.
