The former Elks building will no longer be sold at auction next month after the owner paid the outstanding property tax bill.
The treasurer's office reported that Carolyn Barr and ReBarr Restoration LLC paid the $1,684.19 in past-due taxes.
Jan Vetrhus, president of the Cornerstone Society, said the bill was mailed to the wrong address, delaying the payment.
