JSL Archival Services Seeks Property Tax Abatement for Renovation of Property in Indianapolis

From the Indianapolis Star:

An office solutions company wants to buy a former printing facility near West 71st Street and I-465 on the Northwestside and renovate it for storage and other needs.

JSL Archival Services, which does business as Office 360, has asked the city for one year of property tax abatement on the project. The Metropolitan Development Commission will vote on the application Thursday.

Office 360 said in its application that the $250,000 renovation project will create 20 jobs. It plans to buy the 76,614-square-foot building at 7301 Woodland Drive out of foreclosure. The building, in Park 100, has been vacant for two years.

The company has 90 employees at its offices at 2002 S. East St., which it will maintain. Office 360 offers document storage, digitization and shredding.
