NY Times Study Finds Indiana spends $142 Per Capita on Incentive Programs

From an extensive nationwide study in the New York Times:

Indiana spends at least $921 million per year on incentive programs, according to the most recent data available. That is roughly:
  • $142 per capita
  • per dollar of state budget
